Two names, one workshop, one owner.
Rajpal Singh opened Shri Ram Vision in Sahibabad in 2004, fitting analog CCTV when a four-channel DVR and a spool of coaxial cable was the whole job. Customers found us the way local businesses are found — a neighbour pointed at their gate and said, ask him.
In 2018 the business was formally registered as Mantra Infotech. New name, same owner, same workshop, same customers. If you were a Shri Ram Vision customer, your system is still ours to look after.
Today we hold genuine CP Plus and Hikvision stock, quote against a site survey rather than a guess, and answer the phone when something stops recording. That is genuinely most of it. Security work is not complicated — it is just frequently done badly.
On the two names: directories like Justdial and IndiaMART list Mantra Infotech from 2018, because that is when the trade name was registered. The shop itself has been running since 2004 under Shri Ram Vision. We would rather explain that here than have you wonder about it.
