Privacy policy
What we do with the details you give us, in plain language. The short version: we use your number to call you back about your enquiry, and nothing else.

02What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form or request a quote on this website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your mobile number
- Your email address, if you choose to give one
- The service you are interested in
- Anything you write in the message box
If you contact us on WhatsApp, we will also have your WhatsApp profile name and number. We do not collect payment details through this website.
03Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry: to call you back, arrange a site survey, prepare a quote, and carry out and support any work you go on to order. We also keep a record of completed jobs so we can service the system later.
04Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), operated by Google. Access is restricted to the business owner and staff who need it to respond to you. Enquiry summaries may also be emailed to our own business address.
05What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for. We do not share your information with third parties except where we are legally required to, or where it is strictly necessary to fulfil work you have ordered (for example, a manufacturer warranty claim).
06How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Records relating to completed installations are kept for the life of the system plus any statutory accounting period, so that we can support and service what we installed.
07Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded Google Maps content on our contact page is served by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
08Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call +91 98718 67629 or email mantrainfotech18@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days. Deletion requests will be honoured except where we must retain records for tax or warranty purposes.
09Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it. This version is dated 27 July 2026.
