Shipping & delivery policy

We deliver two very different things, so this page has two halves. Security equipment is delivered physically and fitted by our own team. Software is delivered electronically and nothing is shipped at all.

We supply and install across Delhi NCR and western Uttar Pradesh. Equipment is not shipped by courier as a standalone product — it is brought to your site and fitted by our team on the agreed date, and that installation visit is the delivery.

Typical timelines from order confirmation:

• Free site survey: usually same day or next day
• Standard installations from stock: 1 to 3 working days
• Larger or multi-site jobs, and non-stock items: 5 to 10 working days, confirmed in your quote

There is no delivery charge inside our service area. Sites outside it are quoted with travel included, stated up front.

Delays happen, usually because a specific model is out of stock with the distributor. We call you rather than let the date pass quietly. If a delay does not suit you, you can cancel and take a full refund of the advance under our refund and cancellation policy.

Delivery is complete when the system is installed, configured, remote viewing is working on one phone, and we have walked you through viewing and exporting footage. A tax invoice is issued at handover.

ParkOS, PawPilot and our other software are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charge applies.

Access is provisioned immediately on successful payment, typically within a few minutes. Licence keys, download links and account details are sent to the email address given at checkout.

If nothing arrives within an hour, check the spam folder first, then email mantrainfotech18@gmail.com with your payment reference and we will provision it manually.

Software is sold worldwide. Because delivery is electronic there is no customs, duty or import charge for the buyer. We do not ship physical security equipment outside India.
